International Employee Assistance Program
Living and working outside of your home country
can be stressful, so CIGNA International now offers an International
Employee Assistance Program (I-EAP), a multi-level support program.
Clients who purchase
I-EAP have:
- Comforting counseling* for expatriates
who may be have adjustment difficulties.
- Direct access to global, toll-free telephonic
counseling.
- Access to health professionals 24/7.
There are three levels of support to choose
from:
International Telephonic
Assist
Telephonic counseling: Up to three calls to resolve a behavioral
issue, which include consultation with a behavioral health professional
for information and/or guidance.
International EAP
Assist
Telephonic counseling, plus up to three face-to-face visits with
a selected independent behavioral health professional (currently
available in 36 countries).
International EAP
Assist and Work/Life
Telephonic counseling, plus face-to-face visits with a professional,
and work/life support benefits.
*Counseling services are provided by CIGNA
Behavioral Health, the leading provider of EAP in the US, and by
ICAS, the leading provider of EAP internationally.
