When expatriate employees and their covered family members are in the United States or Puerto Rico, they have access to the CIGNA Pharmacy Management Pharmacy Network, where they can save money on prescription medicines (They pay the co-pay amount specified in the coverage plan their employer has selected.) There's no need to file a claim.
