The Multinational Employer Trust (MET) program travels with your employees wherever they're assigned-even if they need to work in several different countries during the year.

It makes life simpler for your employees, who don't need to change programs when they relocate. And it gives you the ease of administering only one program. That's because MET features Life/Accidental Death and Disability (AD&D) benefits in addition to Medical coverage.

Who is Eligible?

  • All full-time active employees who work and reside outside their country of citizenship and outside the U.S.
  • The employee's spouse and unmarried children under age 19
  • Unmarried children ages 19 through 22 years if they are full-time student
  • Dependents remaining in the home country are covered no matter where the employee is assigned

Preventive Care Maximum benefit amounts per calendar year are as follows:
Birth to 1 year: $350
1 through 17 years: $100
18 years and over: $200
