Worldwide Claims Administration
Your expatriate employees will find claims
submission easy and reimbursement fast when they're covered by
CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits.
- There's one simplified claim form for medical,
dental, and vision claim submissions
- 90% of claims are processed within 10 business
days
- Claims are reimbursed in the currency of the
insured's choice: home country currency, host country currency,
or currency of the country in which the insured received treatment
- Currency conversions are based on the date
of claim incurred so expatriates run no exchange rate risk
- Reimbursement may be made (depending upon location) via direct mail, a check
deposited to the insured's bank, or wire transfer
