CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB) focuses on providing our members with quality health care services, wherever they are located in the world. Our Global HealthCare Management Services (GHCMS) team helps direct members to an international network of pre-selected, quality providers. And with a single call to our Customer Service Center, our members can obtain appropriate provider referrals anywhere, anytime.

Employing stringent selection standards that we have developed, CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits has evaluated every doctor/dentist and hospital/clinic in our International Provider Directory network, which currently lists more than 3,000 providers in more than 150 countries.

  • Our multilingual Customer Service Center operates 24 hours a day (we accept collect calls)
  • We routinely issue written payment guarantees upon request, for inpatient and outpatient care
  • We make it easy for you to submit invoices by fax, email, or postal service
  • We ensure prompt, accurate payments to you in the currency of your choice
  • We will assign a dedicated Provider Relations Coordinator to manage your account and ensure your satisfaction.
